We will reinforce ethical decision-making modeled by fair behavior management practices within an orderly, equitable, and considerate school community.

• Trained staff in Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) strategies to promote verbal de-escalation and proactive behavior management
• Adopted a restorative approach to addressing behavioral inconsistencies and building proactive community circles

Objective 2C: Physical & Digital Safety

We will empower students to build confidence, act responsibly, and exhibit responsible behavior.

• Deployed a districtwide FirstNet LTE two-way radio system for priority emergency communications
• Fortified building entrances and glass surfaces with Clear Armor safety window film
• Began implementing a unified Building Renumbering and Systems Integration project to improve navigation for first responders

Objective 2D: Diversity & Inclusion
