1A.  Students will grow academically and progressively develop proficiency in reading, writing, mathematics, and science.  

We will implement a rigorous and coherent curriculum while designing instruction that builds essential skills at each stage of development, fostering a growth mindset, preparedness, and the confidence to excel.

1B.  Students will be challenged in classroom environments that inspire curiosity and resilience.

We will promote problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity to prepare students as flexible thinkers capable of meeting academic and real-world challenges.

1C. Students will work towards high standards by accessing differentiated learning, personalized support, and constructive feedback with space to reflect. 

We will instill confidence and build optimism in their ability to achieve learning goals, to establish self advocacy, and to reach their full potential.

We will encourage engagement at all career stages of our staff by providing individualized opportunities for meaningful collaboration, ongoing feedback, clear pathways for professional advancement, and access to targeted professional development and career guidance.

3C. We broaden available resources and improve recognition practices throughout the school system.

We will identify and share impactful practices to strengthen connections, and offer experiences both inside and outside the district that inspire improvement, cultivate engagement, and encourage collaborative learning and shared support.
